Preparations are hotting up for the 2019 AFL Grand Final. GWS and Richmond will face-off before a capacity crowd.

Suspended Giants player, Toby Greene will be back for the ultimate clash against the Tigers.

But there’s still question marks over injured team-mates, Lachie Whitfield and Stephen Coniglio.

GWS Co-Captain Phil Davis is confident.

Phil Davis, Giants Co-Captain: “You know the vice captain of the footy club and one of the best players in the competition um if he tells me he’s right to go he’ll he’ll he’ll be picked and I think he’s looking pretty good, I watched him run around last week quite intently and ejoyed what I saw, I think he’s a pretty good chance.”

In League news Storm Captain Cameron Smith is allowed to play in Saturday’s prelimary final after avoiding suspension on a slapping charge.

Winger, Josh Addo-Carr also is ready to take on the Sydney Roosters for a chance to be in the grand final.

Josh Addo-Carr, Storm Winger: “I can’t wait for the challenge, I know the boys are um excited for the challenge as well.”

It will be the Storm’s first game at the SCG.
