It’s official. The Brisbane Lions have sold out the Gabba for the first time in a decade. The Easter Thursday clash is with last year’s grand finalist Collingwood.

2010 was the last time the Brisbane Lions packed out the Gabba.
Tonight, they’ll do it again.
The Lions welcoming former captain Dayne Beams back to the Gabba.
It’s his first time here since his controversial trade back to the Magpies late last year.
Chris Fagan, Brisbane Lions Coach: “We’ll just treat him as a normal player from the opposition, and we’ll shake hands before and we’ll shake hands at the end.”
Hawthorn legend Dermott Brereton has joined St Kilda as an assistant coach.
Brereton will spend one day a week with the Saints, working with the club’s forwards.
And in the NRL, the Eels are preparing for their first game at the new Bankwest Stadium.
The three hundred and sixty million dollar complex revealed to fans for the first time at training.
Parramatta’s first fixture there is on Easter Monday against the Tigers.
