Australian cricketer Travis Head fulfils his boyhood dreaming of wearing a baggy green this Sunday. Picked to play against Pakistan, Head beat Michael Neser to become Australia’s first choice all rounder.

Travis Head’s callup follows his strong performances domestically and for Australia A.
Travis Head, Australian Cricketer: “It’s um boyhood dream to play for Australia we’ve had a couple of guys do it in the last couple of years with limited opportunity but it’s still an amazing time to be around.”
Head is part of a new look Australian side that is missing suspended captain and vice captain Steve Smith and David Warner.
The two test series against Pakistan starts in Dubai on Sunday.
In the women’s team, captain Meg Lanning is determined to make the current T20 series against New Zealand a whitewash.
Meg Lanning, Australian Captain: “We’re really keen to make sure we do finish off well in the past we probably haven’t been as good at that, as we would have liked, so the group’s very focused.”
Australia has already wrapped up the three match series 2-0, but with next months T20 world cup looming Lanning wants the winning momentum to continue.
