Former Gold Coast Suns forward Tom Lynch has committed to Richmond for the 2019 season. Lynch debuted in 2011, playing 131 games for the Suns.

Liam Morton reports.

Lynch told the Suns in August that he was interested in playing at other clubs next year.

The Suns responded by stripping Lynch of his captaincy.

The tall forward was hampered by injury this year and only managed 10 games.

Richmond will lodge Lynch’s new contract tomorrow.
