After a great win yesterday over St Kilda, the Gold Coast Suns now sit at fifth place on the competition ladder.
A win this weekend against the Western Bulldogs will see them climb into the top four.
The Suns are currently riding on a four-game winning streak and are ranked third in the league, for contesting the ball.
With Captain Gary Ablett leading the pack in fine form, the team is looking likely to make a finals debut in 2014.
Coach Guy McKenna says the clubs pre-season aim was to make finals for the first time since joining the competition in 2011.
The Suns face challenging games against the Western Bulldogs, Adelaide Crows, Sydney Swans and West Coast Eagles in coming weeks.
