The A-League kicked-off with a bang over the weekend as record crowds flocked to witness the opening round.
Brisbane Roar also made the perfect start to their season, with a scrappy away win, in Wellington.

Boosted by massive crowds in Sydney, Melbourne and Gosford, over 100,000 people attended the opening fixtures.
A depleted Wellington side took an early lead against Brisbane as both teams showed signs of rustiness.
The Phoenix had never lost at home after scoring the first goal, but a defiant Roar fought back to claim victory.
Besart Berisha levelled the scores less than a minute into the second half and Ivan Franjic secured all three points for the Roar with a winner in injury time.
Brisbane Captain Matt Smith says lessons from this comeback triumph will set the Roar up for next week’s round two clash against Sydney FC at Suncorp Stadium.
