Manly skipper Jamie Lyon suffered a leg injury during the match against the Sharks.

He was been cleared of a broken leg following scans today and declared himself a certain starter for Friday’s NRL preliminary final against South Sydney.

Anthony Watmough says he’ll be okay for the upcoming clash against the Rabbitohs despite carrying a knee injury for some time.

Eyes will be on South Sydney prop Jeff Lima after a controversial leg twist on Watmough in round 23.

Watmough was sidelined for two weeks following the incident while Lima copped a one week ban.

Dylan Farrell says the referees will stay in control of the game.

Dylan Farrell, Rabbitohs Utility Back: “The best thing for him to do is to just do his job on the football field and let the rest sort itself out.”

Saturday night’s 18 to 16 win over the Melbourne Storm has left the Newcastle Knights half-back Tyrone Roberts with a knee injury.

Roberts is still considered a likely starter for the preliminary final against the Sydney Roosters on Saturday.
