The Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo is on again this year.

Everything fit and healthy from more than one hundred exhibitors is underone roof for two days.

The Mental Health Awareness Week 3rd Annual Walk starts bright and early sunday morning.

Money raised, goes to two charities which help raise awareness of depression and mental illness.

All money raised will be donated to both mates In Construction and GROW. These charities support mental health in the workforce and provide support and personal to people with mental illness
